About Me
My real name is Fernanda Powers but on the Internet I go by Anmatt, which stands for All Natural Mom Addicted to Technology.
I wear many hats and I could go on all day telling you what I do, what I enjoy and how much I love my kids. One day a writing group I was part of assigned the exercise of writing a story using exactly six words. I came up with “All natural mom addicted to technology.” You have a character and a conflict and a little irony worked in.
It didn’t take me long to realize those six words describe me to a tee, and the acronym, Anmatt, makes a great nickname, chat handle, and all around great brand. That’s right. My baby wears cloth diapers, my husband and I garden and raise a few laying hens, and we drink raw milk and eat grass fed beef and organic vegetables whenever we can. We dabble into worm composting and one day hope to be real true homesteaders.
When the kids go to bed or are playing nicely without my help and I have time to myself, I’m on my computer working on my writing and Internet marketing. If I’m really tired I might even indulge in one of those silly Facebook games (wanna be my Frontierville neighbor?). Although I pretty much just own a laptop, I love looking over catalogs and magazines that feature the latest hand held PCs and cellular phones that can do it all, even set your oven temperature and cook your meal while you’re away.
I’m the type of girl you might find on a mountain trail taking a break to take in the majestic rugged beauty, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and take a quick peak at my email using a solar-charged portable computing device.
I got into Internet marketing because I figured I was going to surf the net anyway, so I might as well make it pay. Hey, if I can make a living doing something I’m already addicted to, wouldn’t that make life so much easier–even give me time to more fully live out the “all natural mom” part?
Well, it does, but I have learned there is a difference between idly surfing the Internet and using it to pay your bills. If you’re looking to transform from an Internet surfer to an Internet marketer, you’ve definitely come to the right place.
