Top online marketing school
When I began to seriously pursue making money online I saw many opportunities that seemed too good to be true. The typical scenario was that I’d pay some sort of registration fee, then take 3-5 super easy steps, then sit back and watch the paychecks roll in. I’ve actually tried one or two of these programs in the past and took the easy steps, but somehow missed the part about watching the paychecks roll in. I’m not saying the opportunities I tried were scams but clearly I was missing key information.
In the process of searching again for that elusive Internet income I came across Wealthy Affiliate University‘s promotional web site. It had a lot of information and a fair amount of terminology I was unfamiliar with–words like PPC marketing, SEO, article marketing, page rank, back links, opt-in lists and so much more. There were categories and lists of tools and services and training I could receive once I became a member. I got the beginnings of my online marketing education just reading through every page.
There was one major item missing, though. Try as I might I could find absolutely no hype at all. New words, new concepts, a basic outline of all the details that go into Internet marketing and what I could reasonably expect as I learned all the skills needed to pull it off. But no outlandish promises, no exaggerated income claims, and really, nothing to hide.
I realized two things at that point. First, online marketing is a real job that involves real learning, real skills and real accomplishments. Second, Wealthy Affiliate University is the best place to train for a career in online marketing.
So I joined and officially began my journey as an online marketer. To learn more about my experience on the inside, click here.
